At Nahannote Boutique, each saree is carefully inspected, folded in protective packaging, and dispatched with utmost love and care from our Baranagar showroom in Kolkata.
1. Shipping & Delivery Timelines
- Dispatch Time: In-stock sarees are dispatched within 24 to 48 hours following payment verification on WhatsApp.
- Kolkata & West Bengal: Delivered within 2 to 4 business days.
- Rest of India (Pan-India): Delivered within 4 to 7 business days via reputed couriers (India Post Speed Post, Blue Dart, DTDC, Delhivery).
- Tracking: Once your parcel is shipped, we will send your courier tracking receipt directly to your WhatsApp.
2. Mandatory 360° Unboxing Video
To safeguard against parcel tampering or transit damage, please record a continuous, uncut 360-degree video while opening the outer courier parcel and inspecting the saree. In case of any transit issue, this video is mandatory for exchange claims.
3. Return & Exchange Policy
Because our sarees are pure handcrafted creations and boutique single-pieces, we offer exchanges under the following fair conditions:
- Eligibility: Exchange is accepted if you receive a damaged product in transit or an incorrect saree.
- Notification Window: You must notify us via WhatsApp at
+91 9123332320within 48 hours of parcel delivery along with the unboxing video. - Condition: The saree must remain unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original folds, with all original tags intact, and with the running blouse piece uncut.
4. Order Cancellation
You may cancel your order at any time prior to courier parcel dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp. Once dispatched, orders cannot be canceled in transit.
